So in an effort to get the rating changed I resent it and then never heard from her. - 1/31/15 Swap resent. 2/6/15 Sent message asking if swap was received. No answer. 2/11/15 Sent message again asking if swap was received. Offered to resend again. No response. 2/19/15 Resent again. -
